A Tour in New Zealand!

February 24, 2008

The virtual tourist is back guys and now she’ll be talking about beautiful sceneries in New Zealand, or the most commonly known the Home of Dairies.  New Zealand is a country of contrasts with dense, native forest, snow-capped mountains and spectacular coastline. New Zealand’s small population, distant location and agricultural economy have earned the country a ‘clean, green’ image. Visitors often describe it as ‘an unspoiled paradise’. Exciting, isn’t it?

Let’s get into the tour. My first stop is in Rotorua. Rotorua is a town on the southern shore of Lake Rotorua in the Bay of Plenty region of the North Island of New Zealand, and Rotorua District is the encompassing local authority area. Rotorua is well-known for geothermal activity. There are a number of geysers, notably the Pohutu geyser and hot mud pools located in the city, which owe their presence to the Rotorua caldera. Of course, since I don’t have relatives in there, I have to look for cheap yet cozy hotels. And thanks to cheaperthanhotels.co.nz because they really are my savior. Now I found great Rotorua Hotels at a very affordable price.

My next stop is in Dunedin which is the second-largest city in the South Island of New Zealand, and the principal city of the region of Otego. I got to have myself booked in one of the cozy Dunedin Hotels. I also have canvassed in advance great Taupo Hotels, Napier Hotels, and Hamilton Hotels for my stay in these places. Wheew, great 5 destinations! I’m so excited and thanks again to cheaperthanhotels.co.nz for providing me with these great stay at great, affordable prices.
